CONSULATIONS

A free consultation and evaluation is required for all new clients. We will explain how electrolysis works, answer all of your questions, and ask for your personal medical history and methods you’ve used for hair removal in order to assess your unique hair growth issues. Then we will recommend a safe and effective treatment plan and an appointment schedule that allows you to achieve the best results.

LATE ARRIVAL, CANCELLATION, AND NO-SHOW POLICY

To respect the technician’s and other clients’ time, the following policy is in place for all appointments:

• Cancellations & No Shows: We require at least 24hr notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows and cancellations less than 24hr will be charged the full price of the session.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, you will be charged in full for the appointment, but your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the next client.
